The lady who lives next door to me has 2 children. They are twins in 1st grade. Her husband recently molested her daughter(he is not the childrens father). Well he moved out about 2 months ago. She has moved a new man in who is a registered sex offender. I approached her with my concern and to let her know that i know. She told me she knew and that she was a better Christian than I was. She does not judge people for their past. I didn't think that offenders were aloud to be around children or schools. Or for that matter anywhere that children are. Am i wrong? I know i am not wrong for my concern over the children or the other children on my block. What are the laws on this. I live in the state of Kansas Thank you for your time
