Hi, I am 26 and I have allmost a dayly wish to hurt myself one way or the other. Things I would like to do is cut myself. Hit my head against the wall. Hit myself. I don't do it because I know it is not the way I should solve my problems but somewhere it seems so natural to do it. Like someone thougt me to deal with emotions that way. A lot of times it feel as though I  will bleed to death with the pain of it. I know it comes from the pain inside but it also comes from stress any kind of emotion can make me want to hurt myself.

I hope there is someone who has a tip for me how to deal with it. I already had therapy but it didin't help enough.

Why do some schools have programs that challenge children who are advanced or gifted and schools that don't.  I currently have my child in a public school and am seriously considering pulling him out and placing him in a charter or other public school that will meet his needs.  What is the best way to find out which schools have Gate programs or challenging programs ?
