 I'm new to the forum , etc. and I was wondering if their is any info about Grandparents raising their grandchild and other topics concerning their problems with school friends, bullying, etc.?

You have come to a great place for information about kids! As the forum here becomes more active, we can all help each other, and honestly, one of the best places for information is on our website: www.connectwithkids.com. On the home page there is a Search box. If you type in grandparents, bullying, peer pressure or whatever topic you would like to find information about, you will be given a list of recent articles or news stories on the subject.
Also on the home page is a section titled "If you are a Parent". Click on the "Products That Can Help" line and this gives you a list of all the Connect With Kids half-hour tv specials that you can order. These videos are a powerful source of information for parents and grandparents. The topics range from internet safety, bullying, body image, drugs, STD's, obesity--- issues that our kids and grandkids deal with on a daily basis. This information helps us help our kids.
One more thing on the home page are the news feeds. We have a very recent news feed on grandparents who are home schooling their grandkids! You click on the story and you can watch it on your computer.
