When do teens stop running and playing and being active? That's the question researchers at the University of California- San Diego set out to answer. And after 16 years and tracking more than 1,000 kids they found their answer.

Oh the tech world..they can call, text, email, or listen to their favorite everything with a new machine.

We have to make sure they take long walks, swim, run or exercize. Perhaps as a family. Creating the patterns as well as embracing the technology.

Keep the information coming so we keep remembering all we should do as parents.
