100 college presidents are asking lawmakers around the nation to lower
the drinking age to 18. The presidents of Duke, Morehouse, Dartmouth
and Ohio State argue that lowering the drinking age will reduce binge
drinking. A study from Boise State University, however suggests there
is another way to solve the problem: a good talking-to from mom.

I agree and think if they can go to war and vote in our elections. We should teach them they can make wise choices regarding drinking.
I'm 62 and conversations good or bad my mom had with me over 50 years ago still remain with me. And I've done the same with my 42 year old daughter. She's doing the same with her seven children. It by far isn't perfect and we all have our issues. However, I've taken my mom's advice for all my life..and hopefully we'll be able to pass that on to our kids.
One day and..one conversation at a time.
