The number of students currently diagnosed with learning disabilities
is staggering - nearly three million and growing. Most of these
children are bright and eager to learn, but they struggle to keep up in
school. They get frustrated, teased, and sometimes labeled as “stupid”
or “lazy.” Bright Kids, Bad Grades will
show you innovative programs that are helping these children succeed.
You’ll see evidence from experts regarding the brains of these children
and how they are actually wired differently. And you’ll learn how to
help your child succeed in school... and in life.

Thank you for airing this program. As a Sunday school teacher and parent, it's so important for me to have an awareness of underlying challenges and frustrations so many kids face day in day out, no matter how hard they try.

I've purchased this DVD. My son, 8 years old, was diagnosed with severe dyslexia and dysgraphia! Despite having a high IQ, he has a lot of difficulty in school, especially reading & writing. "Bright Kids, Bad Grades" got it right! Unfortunately, the schools DO NOT get it right! Keep us this great, informative work!!!!
