Childhood obesity facts don’t lie. When it comes to today’s children
and obesity, they have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol
and are at risk for heart attacks and strokes at unprecedented levels.
Seventy-five percent don’t get enough exercise; 80 percent don’t eat
enough fruits and vegetables. And most shocking of all childhood
obesity facts: for the first time in American history, scientists
predict that children today will have shorter lifespans than their
parents!

This is such an issue in the U.S. While my own children don't have a problem with weight, I know that they are not always eating the right things or get as much exercise as they should. This video was a wake up call for me and I think parents everywhere could benefit from seeing it.
